What do I wear when I come for my appointment?
For your treatment you will dress down to your comfort level, however, our policy states that lower undergarments must be worn at all times. You will be appropriately draped throughout the treatment with sheets as well.
How do I know what type of massage to request?
The therapist will discuss your preferences with you and will tailor the massage to your specific needs and concerns.
Should/can I talk during the massage?
Your appointment is your time, although how you choose to relax is up to you. If you would like to talk, we would love to get to know you, but if you would prefer to relax quietly, there is no pressure to talk with or to your therapist.
What if the pressure is not to my liking?
Please SPEAK UP! Each client has different preferences. Open communication between you and the therapist is essential to meeting your treatment goals. The therapist will not be offended if you need to ask for more or less pressure.
Should I schedule a 30, 60 or 90 min massage for my first treatment?
The answer to this will depend on whether you are looking for a focus on a specific area only versus an overall relaxation massage. This can be discussed at time of booking with our knowledgeable desk staff.
What is your cancellation policy?
- If you no-call or no-show for your appointment without proper notice (please see below), you will be billed the full price of the treatment scheduled. This time was specifically reserved for your appointment, so the courtesy of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling is appreciated.
- For all new clients, 90-minute appointment(s) or longer, couples, and packages: Your appointment must be held on a credit card. 6 business hour of notice of cancellation is required or you will be charged full price for the treatment scheduled. If it is a morning appointment, we must receive your call by the afternoon before to avoid the fee.
- For all existing clients; 1 business hour notice of cancellation is required or you will be billed the full price of the treatment scheduled. If it is a morning appointment, we must receive your call by the afternoon before to avoid the fee.
