#SaturdayStretch! Let’s stretch out that Sternocleidomastoid (SCM)!

This is the best way to stretch this neck muscle:

You may do this stretch standing or sitting.

Keeping your shoulders square and down, tilt your head to one side and turn your face up.

If you want to deepen the stretch, bring your hand up, and apply gentle pressure to the side of your head.

Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax and repeat on the other side.
